So we all know some like to cook their veggies in cannabis infused butter (Cannabutter) which is nice. But a teaspoon or two of extra virgin olive oil is fantastic too. Prepare rice separately and combine with cooked veggies. Add in a can of mushroom soup, add half and half (cream) to obtain the desired consistency. This is an ideal dish to make ahead of time and freeze in separate containers for quick, easy, and healthy microwave munchies snack. It's also a great side dish for something like fish or chicken.
